Let’s get our salon policies out of the way so you can start enjoying your salon experience!
Time is something we can not get back
.
If you are 15 minutes late we may have to skip your blow dry or other aspects of the service, so that we can stay on schedule for our guests throughout the day. Keep in mind our prices are based on the time we have reserved for you and the complete service will be charged according to the time reserved. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reserved session, we may only be able to provide half of the service scheduled, or you most likely will have to be rescheduled all together.

Our stylist’s reserve your session just for you, and so a NO-SHOW or a CANCELATION WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE may be charged up to 100% of the services that were booked. A non-refundable deposit may be required to re-book again.

REDO And PRODUCT EXCHANGES
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction, but sometimes expectations arn't laid out clearly ahead of time and may lead to unfortunate situations for you and the artist. We encourage you to reach out within 7 days of your appointment about your concerns and your artist will try to come up with a solution that's best for both parties. Please note a change of heart does not fall under redo terms.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, Lunar Lounge Salon will accept retail exchanges for 7 days from your initial purchase. Please note we can only do exchanges.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON
If your child has an appointment they must be accommodated by an adult. We can not accommodate children/extra guests in the salon. If you are breast feeding or have a little one that comes everywhere you go, please reach out as we can often accommodate times when you would be the only guest in the salon.
